The 37-year-old flashed her dazzling diamond ring for all to see as she confirmed the news with a sweet Instagram selfie, taken soon after her beau popped the question in Bruges.

The snap sees a glamorously-clad Kate cosy up to her hunky partner as they smile softly for the camera, in light of their happy news.
While they pose with a celebratory glass of wine in the forefront, it is the huge diamond rock on Kate's fourth finger that steals the show, as she places an affectionate hand on her new fiancé's chest.
Revealing he popped the question during their romantic mini-break, Kate gushed in the caption: 'What a weekend in Bruges with the two loves of my life.

The snap racked up more than 10,000 likes, and was flooded with messages of congratulations from fans.
Kate later took to Instagram once again to reveal her beloved dog Baxter was integral to the proposal.

Sharing a snap of her pooch with the ring balanced on his head, she wrote to fans: 'The most memorable weekend made extra special because @helloimbaxter was there with us.'

The blonde stays mostly tight-lipped about her private life, but is believed to have been with Martin for several years.
However, Kate is known to be besotted with her pet - and even revealed walking Baxter was the secret behind her impressively toned figure last year.

She said: 'I do at least 10km walking including commuting a day. It’s the best fat burner.
'Even if you don’t have a dog! Get up, do a 30-60 min power walk on the street or park. Do it at lunch? Or after work. I also try my best to eat healthy during the week.'

Kate's career has gone from strength to strength after being crowned winner of Big Brother 15 years ago.
She dipped her toes back into reality TV in 2006, after appearing on the now-popular Love Island.
She then went on to establish herself as a Radio DJ on Capital FM and chat show co-host on Channel 4 breakfast TV show Rise.
